Nine years running IT at the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) in Zürich, ten years running my own digital agency before that. Now I help associations get more from their websites and systems.
From agency founder to the inside.
I started in Athens, where I ran my own digital agency for ten years. We built websites and digital projects for clients of every size. It taught me to listen first, ship on time and keep an eye on the budget.
In Zürich I joined the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI), Europe's largest association in its field. I started as IT Project Manager, moved into organisational development, and became IT & Development Manager.
Over nine years I built its application landscape from scratch: ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, APIs and middleware, the membership platform and the event platform. I was also on site at the congress when it mattered most.
Today I bring that inside view to other associations as Kostaras Digital: your partner for the website, the systems behind it, and everything that connects them.

Data is the real product
A website is only as good as the data behind it. When the CRM, registration and website share one truth, everything gets easier.
Deadlines don't move
Renewal season, abstract deadlines, congress week. Systems have to work on the busiest day of the year, not just in a demo.
Simple wins
Staff and members are busy. The best tool is the one people use without training.
Change is people work
New software fails when people aren't brought along. I plan the rollout as carefully as the build.
