The inbox that answers itself. Even in congress week.
An AI agent that knows your association. It answers the questions your team gets a hundred times a day, sorts your shared mailboxes, and hands everything else to a person.
Now looking for 3 associations to shape the first version with us.
Ask what your members ask.
Type any question a member or delegate might send. This demo answers for a fictional association, the Lumen Society for Sleep Medicine, and its congress in Vienna.
Live demo: answers are generated by Apertus, running in Switzerland, from the knowledge base of a fictional association, the Lumen Society. Please don't enter personal data. Try German, French or Italian too.
The questions that fill your inbox.
Before every congress and renewal season, teams answer the same questions again and again. The agent takes them off your plate, day and night.

Beyond the inbox: agents that get work done.
We build agentic workflows around your own processes: agents that carry out multi-step tasks across your mailbox, CRM and registration system, with a person approving the important steps. A few examples:
Sort shared mailboxes
Reads every email in info@, membership@ or congress@, tags it and routes it to the right person.
Draft replies for approval
Prepares answers in Outlook or Gmail. Your team checks, edits and sends with one click.
Update your CRM
Turns "please change my address" emails into CRM updates, ready for a quick review.
Visa and invitation letters
Creates letters from registration data and sends them after staff approval.
Check abstract submissions
Flags missing co-authors, wrong formats or word-count issues before review starts.
Sponsor and exhibitor requests
Summarises requests and fills in the booking details for your sponsorship team.
Website and congress chat
The same agent answers visitors on your website, around the clock, in several languages.
Weekly question report
Shows the questions people ask most, so you can fix the website page that causes them.
You stay in control, step by step.
- 01Connect
We connect the agent to your mailbox, CRM, registration system and website, with read access first.
- 02Learn
It learns from your FAQs, policies and past replies. You approve what it knows.
- 03Draft first
For the first weeks it only drafts. Your team approves every reply and corrects it where needed.
- 04Answer on its own
Only for the topics you trust. Everything is logged, and anything unclear goes to a person.
Good to know.
Will it replace our staff?
No. It takes over the repetitive questions so your team has time for members, speakers and partners. Anything sensitive or unclear goes to a person.
What if it gets an answer wrong?
It starts in draft mode, so a person approves every reply. It only answers on its own for topics you switch on, and it tells people when it has handed them to a colleague.
Where is our data?
The agent runs on Apertus, the open language model from EPFL, ETH Zurich and CSCS. Hosted in Switzerland or the EU, set up under nDSG and GDPR, and configured so your data isn't used to train public AI models.
Which systems does it work with?
Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Workspace and Gmail, common CRMs like Dynamics 365, Salesforce and HubSpot, registration platforms and your website.
Is it available today?
The AI Agent is in early access. We're building it together with a small group of pilot associations, starting with one mailbox each, for example congress@ in the weeks before registration opens. You see the results before deciding on more.
One mailbox. One pilot.
We're looking for a few associations to build the first version with. Pilot partners get early access, a say in the features, and a founding-partner rate.
